Browser Compatibility

The Yoh Exchange and MyPortal are optimized for Internet Explorer version 7.0.
The following Windows operating systems and Internet Explorer versions are compatible with the Yoh Exchange SAP portal as noted:

Windows XP: IE7 or IE8* Windows Vista: IE7, IE8* or IE9* Windows7: IE8* or IE9*

*NOTE: Internet Explorer versions 8.0 and 9.0 require “compatibility view” mode. Please check with your system administrator for details on changing to compatibility view, or reference Microsoft support
Other Browsers:
Mozilla Firefox version 3.6 (Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 and MacOS) and versions 6.0 & 7.0 (without Adobe Interactive forms support). Versions 4.0 & 5.0 not recommended.
Apple Safari 5.0 on MacOS 10.5/10.6 (without Adobe Interactive forms support)

Application errors may occur if you are using previous versions of Internet Explorer or other browsers.
Some reports require Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher.

Other Settings/Instructions

• Cookies must be enabled for at least the domain *dayzim.com.
• Javascript must be enabled.
• Popup blockers must be disabled, or set to allow popups from *dayzim.com.
• You should bypass proxy for domain *dayzim.com.
• The user's cache should be emptied frequently, particularly for computers with multiple users.
